Sooner is better than later The Do's and Don'ts of Estate Planning.  

Please Join Principal Attorney, Debbie Verni, on Tuesday, March 9th at Saratoga High School for a Continuing Education Seminar.  Issues such as why everyone should have a Will, Living Will and Health Care Proxy, as well as how to effectively use a Medicaid Trust to protect your assets will be discussed.  The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session.

Hot Topics in Elder Law: Phil Tribble to update attorneys on complex Elder Law issues for New York State Bar Association Elder Law section members

Principal attorney, Phillip Tribble, will be one of a selected group of attorneys speaking at the New York State Bar Association Elder Law presentation on December 2, 2009.  This presentation is intended to provide continuing legal education credit and to update attorneys who have been practicing for two or more years on a variety of complex Elder Law issues.

Phillip Tribble to Speak on Advanced Strategies and Techniques in Elder Law

On November 9, 2009, principal attorney, Phillip Tribble, will be one of a panel of speakers for the National Business Institute which provides continuing legal education for professionals.  Phil's presentation will focus on new long-term care options that reflect one's need for independence, estate planning for non-traditional families and the effective use of Trusts in long-term care planning.
